Stayed for just one night. Our rooms were ready on arrival (even though we were early) a nice welcome from the owner. Bedrooms comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly.

The pillows were there fluffiest I've ever seen and the bed was of great quality. Amazing facilities! Loved my stay! The food was 10/10. I thoroughly recommend it, it's in a brilliant area in the Scottish Borders, and right near the bus stop!

Best food in over 55 years of travelling, fantastic quality. Room was nice, staff were fantastic also. Returning again next week, beautiful area and location also. Parking good, cant recommend enough.
