The Reception and Restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.. However we were disappointed with the availability of the food. At dinner there was no gammon or guacamole, and at breakfast there was no butter. My mum had fish & chips and the batter was burnt so it was replaced, and my sausages were also burnt.
On Wowcher we were told to bring towels and a bathrobe for the spa. These items were very heavy and difficult to carry, and when we arrived we found that they were provided which was annoying.

Had a one night stay in standard room. Beds very firm, almost uncomfortable, and should be reviews and/ or replaced.
Treatment was good, and was same as we have had there on a previous visit.
General ambience gives impression that first and foremost it's a golf venue, and NOT a hotel in the normal sense . This has been the case for a few years. I guess the golf club exercise their right to voice opinion and enforce priority .

Great day Fantastic Spa Day Treatment by Victoria. My friend and I booked in to a day of pampering and lunch. Our arrival could have been friendlier and more informative however the treatment I received from Victoria was one of the best ever. She was attentive, calm and made me feel very relaxed.

Fantastic Spa and Massage Big thank you to Lynne for a fantastic massage. Lovely spa, everyone very friendly. Lynne was great she suggested a treatment I’d like and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend! Also recommended some products to help with a trouble area. 10/10

Perfect Stay Fabulous stay. Alison and Megan on reception were great hosts. Knowledgeable, friendly and fun to chat with. Breakfast was well above average. Always hot and a full choice of everything you need for a hot breakfast. Rooms were good with large fluffy towels. Quiet area so car is essential for moving around. On saying that it was good for getting to local seaside areas. Certainly will stop there again next year. No down points at all. Keith Birmingham
