Very comfortable stay- hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Marlow (a lovely village). Spa facilities look great although we did not use. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Spent 2 nights at Crowne Plaza Marlow. Breakfast included, buffet style, very good. Room was clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a 4* hotel. Check in was quick, decent standard checkout time of 12pm midday. Didn't get a chance to use the spa and gym which was included in my stay but the facilities looked decent enough.
Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel, extremely lovely staff, all very helpful. Close to Marlow town with loads of restaurants and bars. We ate at The Ivy on day 1 and in the hotel on day 2. Both very nice. Short walk to Marlow Lock where we took a boat ride on The Captain Beaky which takes you along a lovely section of river to Bourne End. The boat picked us up again and hour later.
Just a couple of very small gripes in the hotel. The pool area is looking tired and in need of a bit of tlc but I understand that may be happening soon and the hair dryer in the room is on a fixed cable in the drawer but nowhere near a mirror so if you need a hairdryer it's worth taking your own!
Overall a lovely stay and would be happy to go back

The hotel is OK, very corporate. Our room was very nice. Just a standard room but nice and big and there was a lovely big bath in the bathroom which pleased me as I do like a bath. Nice big TV which makes a change. Downside to the hotel is that it is in the middle of nowhere, and surrounded by industrial sites, so we could only really eat in the hotel that night as we hadn’t booked anywhere nearby.
Food in the bar was OK but I've had nicer. Breakfasts pretty woeful, mass produced and kept hot under heat lamps so bt the time we arrived most of it was dried out. Awful cheap concentrated juices and the tea was undrinkable.
PLEASE NOTE; ON CHECK-IN A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR DAMAGES, EXCESS, INCIDENTAL CHARGES AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN PROBABLY THINK OF - AND THEY TAKE £75 PER PERSON. TO DATE - AND IT TAKES SEVERAL WORKING DAYS TO APPEAR ON BANK STATEMENTS.
