A surcharge may be required for your evening meal during celebratory seasons, e.g Christmas or Valentines.
Treatment validity may vary.
30-Minute treatments include a total of 20-minutes hands on treatment time.
45-Minute treatments include a total of 35-minutes hands on treatment time.
60-Minute treatments include a total of 50-minutes hands on treatment time.
Durham and Hastings hotel stays are not available to arrive on Saturdays.
Darlington Health Club and spa is situated just under a mile from the hotel, parking is available at both locations.
Bannatyne operate a cashless payment system so please take a Debit/Credit card to make any purchases on the day.
Durham Hotel: Breakfast is served in the Health Club Café/Bar
Darlington Hotel: Dinning option is 2-course meal excluding drinks.
Hastings Hotel: Dining option is £25pp evening meal credit to be used on food – Drinks excluded.
Participants should be of reasonable health & fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)

Cancellation policy: Bannatyne Spa operates a 7 day amendment policy to any Spa Break booking subject to an administration fee of £25.00. No amendments within 7 days. No cancellations.
