Wroxall abbey review Just come back from wroxall abbey for our 10 year anniversary. I got a wowcher deal for £96. I must say it was amazing and I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from.

Beautiful place from the outside but a nightmare when you step inside, bedroom was freezing cold and no towels in the bathroom we complained 3 times,we had to sit with our coats on for 3 hours before they brought us a small heater,and just 2 bath towel,evening meal was poorly presented, and breakfast the next day was freezing cold, on returning our room card I complained again to thr receptionist about how poor the service was at the hotel,on which she shrugged her shoulders no apologies given.
