Three course dinner

• Guests will enjoy a three course meal with brilliant views over the loch, as well as the option to add an afternoon tea on the day of departure.

• Expect starters like creamy baked mushrooms with vintage cheddar and garlic & herb crumb, chicken liver parfait with three-onion chutney and toast, and tempura king prawns with lemon and aioli.

• Mains may feature beef bourguignon with creamy mash and seasonal veg, buttermilk fried chicken with coleslaw, chips and spicy tomato relish, and Cajun-spiced salmon fillet with wilted greens, creamy mash and garlic butter.

• Sweet-toothed diners will be happy to see the likes of chocolate fondant with raspberry ice cream and boozy butterscotch sauce, and giant cookie with banana, strawberries, Nutella and chocolate sauce, plus there’s a cheeseboard option too.
