My initial experience of communicating via telephone with hotel spa staff was terrible, they created unnecessary stress and anxiety to an already stressful situation. I had to cancel due to corona and spa staff at hotel told me I was unable to re-schedule my booking and there was nothing I could do. Sounded patronising in saying I as good as lost the booking and payment. 5pm staff to the rescue - and a member of staff dealt with the issue/hotel and got alternative future date which I was told by staff was not an option available to me. Staff in person on the day of my spa were lovely, friendly, accommodating and professional.
