We were very pleased with our stay at Novotel in Reading. We enjoyed the breakfast, swimming pool and our family room was ideal with a sofa that turned into a full bed for the kids next to our double. Yasmine and Hugo provided a helpful service to ensure we encountered no difficulties during our stay, being flexible with check-in and check-out to suit my young family around our train disruption. Clean and reasonable in price - would choose to stay here again.

Really convenient hotel for town centre, nice , presentable and clean , fantastic welcoming staff who can’t do enough for you . Great cocktails and service from Lama the bar man who was friendly, helpful and very professional. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
