Absolutely fabulous,
Hotel was very clean throughout.
Room very light and airy comfortable beds.
Everything was in the room if needed hairdryer, iron , ironing board,tea coffee milk.
Food was beautiful and staff went over and above to help ,
very friendly and polite at all times , we shall return to Chester again.
Would highly recommend it .

Another wonderful stay at the the Queens Hotel, and what a fresh new look (although did miss the old leather suitcases at reception) but as always, had a great time, helpful friendly staff members, lovely room , and amazing food.will be back as soon as we can

We had a few issues during our stay. Bar service was poor. There was a big queue and 2 staff were they're filling up the fridges, they should have stopped and served people. I asked to order food and was told I needed to go the grill next door, I was then told to go back the bar to to order. At this point I had queued for about 15 minutes. Food was lovely but it took a while to arrive. We had issues with our window due to the high winds and from the window of the night it repeatedly blew open at full force, including when we were in the shower. We mentioned this the next morning morning and was told we should have contacted reception however it clearly needed a repair and didnt want to swap rooms at silly o clock. Overall experience was ok but a bit disappointing from a customer service perspective
