This hotel is by far the best hotel l have stopped in. It has a wonderful ambience combining the traditional and contemporary. An excellent central location only minutes from the team stop and 5 minutes from the main bars, restaurants and shopping area. In summary, a great hotel completing a great city.

We have stayed on several occasions , the only problem this time was the small bed and how uncomfortable the mattress was and horrible pillows! But the service was impeccable from everyone

Good selection. Helpful staff. My wife is coeliac and was provided with an allergy sheet and given gluten free toast. Nice experience. Lady who brought us the toast was really friendly helpful and kind..

Beautiful hotel nice and clean but poor sleep because of noise Not addressed until an hour and a half I’ll I called reception at 4.30 then noise stopped and started again after 5min for another half hour
