<b>Really Good Hotel</b>- I stayed here Christmas Eve until Boxing Day while spending time with the family who live nearby. The hotel was excellent value, very clean and warm room. In particular each and every member of staff that we spoke to went out of their way to help and make us feel very welcome.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Conveniently self check-in/out. The WiFi was fast and reliable.

<b>Amazing and comfortable experience</b>- The rooms are very spacious, the exterior is brilliantly designed like a castle. However it is very modern inside, there are renovation going on at the moment but apart from that this has been a top experience! Special thank you to Iryna she was courteous, polite and friendly making our time in the executive lounge and restaurant great!

<b>Wonderful area with many local amenities</b>- Beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities within and nearby. Across from Bruntsfield links and The Meadows which is a spectacular green space . The hotel offered flavored water and delicious bon-bon's in spacious lobby with elevator access to our room. Or room was massive , well appointed except minifridge. Our openable windows gave us wonderful views of courtyard and Edinburgh Castle ( when not foggy ) with fresh air.

<b>Comfortable and clean</b>- Lovely clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Within very short walking distance of everything and close to many shops, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Would stay here again.
