Very enjoyable stay - We stayed for three nights here. The hotel is a Georgian building and retains the original features such as tiled staircases and a marvellously decorative tiled fireplace in our double executive room (18) which was on the second floor with a view over the gardens.. Though some may find the Victorian-style bathroom fittings need updating, they work perfectly well and are in keeping with the building. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the bed and easy chairs comfortable. The evening meals in the restaurant were excellent,

Fantast gem - Stayed here while working at Telford. Hotel is really really nice with exceptional staff. As I was leaving early in the morning ( pre 7am) they even ensured that my breakfast was ready at 6:45am. The restaurant was also excellent - the food was fantastic The room was very nice with all the amenities you require. I stayed in January. With the grounds at the front by the river, the setting would be fantastic in the summer Thank you all for a fantastic stay

Excellent visit - Excellent visit went to the gin experience. Lovely hotel staff are very friendly. The bedrooms are lovely and everything is very clean. Good car park to park onsite would definitely go back again. Great choice st breakfast. Good location not far from the town.
