Amazing staff We had a fantastic stay here in August. Staff were happy to hold our bags and the location is great. We had some issues with our air conditioning and a lovely lady called Bunmi assisted us to a new room with beautiful Air con. She was helpful and friendly and we will definitely come back!

Loved our stay - can’t thank the front office team and Neal enough Our stay at the Millenium & Copthorne Hotel at Chelsea football club was incredible. The hotel is great and right next to the football ground with huge rooms too. Also the staff are incredible and couldn’t do enough for us especially the front office team and Neal. We came to celebrate my brother and sister in laws 40th and they couldn’t have done more to make it feel like a special occasion so a huge thank you to them.

Biz trip to London The hotel is nice and the room was very comfortable and clean too. I personally loved Manasvi at breakfast, she is very nice and service was excellent with her as she will take care of everything with a nice smile. Food was great and reasonably priced so I recommend it.
