<B>Gorgeous place, clean rooms, great location:</B> Gorgeous place to stay, lovely clean room, quiet location (5-10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars) and plenty of car parking spaces too. Owen was amazingly helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be returning soon.

<B>Perfect place, perfect location, perfect host!</B> The most wonderful stay at the most stunning place! The location could not have been better, literally a lovely short stroll to all the pubs, bars and restaurants in Bowness and Windermere. Fizzy Tarte, Hylton’s, Boaters, Boardwalk, The Albert etc. The luxury apartment did not disappoint, everything you’d hope for a luxury stay. Nothing too much trouble for the host who was so accommodating and always on hand to send information of local recommendations etc. The hot tub in the gorgeous gardens and the open aspect living with the most gorgeous view was spectacular. If you are wanting a 5* stay on the doorstep of Bowness, look no further!

<B>1 night stay</b> Lovely room and gave us good recommendations of places to eat in Windermere for tea and breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The spa and gym was just a short drive away and we loved using the facilities over the 2 days we stayed, it was a really nice addition.
