Nice Room, Great Food and Excellent Value Visited recently on a seasonal package deal. The room was nicely furnished with lovely views but the lighting could have been a tad brighter. The bathroom was very modern but the fancy basin taps seemed to prioritise form over function. Hadn’t pre-booked a table for dinner so had to dine quite late. The food was nicely presented but the ‘unhurried’ service was a little too slow. Service at breakfast was quicker and the selection on offer excellent. A few minor quibbles but overall the package was excellent value for money.

Five Star Treatment My family and I stayed at the 'Derwent Manor' back in November 2024 and we were completely blown away with the quality of this establishment and the service that we received and we couldn't wait to go back again. When a deal came up we jumped at the chance of staying there again and once again we were blown away with the overall package. For dinner I had the Braised Beef followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding and my wife had the Salmon and the Eaton Mess to follow and both meals were first class. I take my hat off to all of the staff that work there especially Joanne, Natalie and Paul for looking after us. I do hope the owners appreciate the work that they all put in looking after their guests. Can't wait to stay there again.

Beautiful hotel at a great price. We stayed at the hotel using the Spring Offer. What an amazing deal! We were welcomed by a friendly and informative member of staff. The hotel was beautiful as was our bedroom. We stayed in the Hideout. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The bottle of chilled wine was a lovely extra. We had a three course meal& breakfast the following morning. All very tasty and the staff were attentive. We would highly recommend a stay here & we will definitely be back.
