We didnt have time to use the spa but we did have breakfast and dinner. Everything was great, very clean, lovely power shower, fluffy towels, good menu for dinner, friendly service, especially the breakfast, good prices, lovely reception area, nice surroundings, cant fault this hotel.

As a solo guest I travelled to Park Hall Hotel and Spa to book accomodation for my freinds from the Wirrel to enjoy a girlie overnight stay in Chorley .

When we arrived we were really impressed with the reception area it was so elegant. Lovely refurbishment. The staff were lovely and friendly rooms were very good lovely spacious shower.

Lovely location and the room was very comfortable. There was an IT meltdown in the restaurant at dinner but the staff worked so hard to do their best to resolve it. The food at dinner was delicious and breakfast was amazing and in abundance.

Last time we visited this hotel it was closed. When we found out it had opened again, we thought we'd give it a try. We wasn't disappointed, it was beautiful and clean. Room was lovely, everything you needed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Loved it. Will be going back soon.

False advertising. Spa Day consists of a 60 minute treatment, which was lovely, then home. No pool, no jacuzzi, no relaxation area, just treatment rooms. Not what was expected as in your literature. Not allowed to go for our afternoon tea as reception not booked us in. Breakfast was awful, just had toast as all cooked items rock hard, pastries all stale. Was so disappointed as we have been for afternoon tea there week before and it was lovely. Could not recommend this to anyone until all spa areas are completed and cooked meals are improved. Brought my daughter as a treat as been through a rough time but so disappointed for her.
