Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. Scenery around the hotel was great. Food was good. Only thing I could fault is the fact that some of the facilities weren’t in use due to the hotel being closed for 24 hours, so was quite disappointed with that as that was one of the main reasons for our stay, we enjoy using all the facilities, we wasn’t made aware of this being an issue as I would of asked if there was an option to change the date so we could have fulfilled the stay completely and for it to be more enjoyable. We were given access to the Fire and Ice due to facilities being restricted but didn’t find that to be too great on temperatures either. Overall was a nice stay though

Wonderful experience, lovely hotel, helpful staff, fabulous buffet evening meal and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and very clean. Lovely place.
