Very family friendly, has everything within convenient surroundings e.g. indoor pool, restaurant and kids entertainment and mascots.

We enjoyed staying in the Chessington safari hotel. It is a good deal to have zoo, aquarium and free breakfast included in this hotel stay.

We stayed March 2024 had a great time! Food was great, zoo and sealife great! Only letdown was a wooden floor near the bunk beds where the children were.

This was the best ever deal. The hotel is amazing, clean and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was delicious and nice and fresh. The zoo and aquarium was lovely too. My children had the best time.

We had a brilliant time it rained the whole time we was there but it still a great experience. We never see a lot of the animals as it was too wet even for them. But the sealife was amazing we sat and watched the amazing fish for at least 2 hours. Our room was great the children loved the beds and the Oreo treats left on the pillows really made there day. Breakfast was good too. Definitely will be doing this again Thank you

Great deal for an overnight stay and entrance to the zoo and sea life centre. It was the perfect way to end the Christmas holidays. We bought 4 vouchers and had a lovely day with 3 other families and nice meal in the evening. Easy to purchase the voucher and book the rooms online. The staff at Chessington were really helpful. Highly recommend this deal if it comes up again

Amazing We spent 1 night here, and had such an amazing night! The staff where so unbelievably helpful, kind, respect and responsive to and queries that we had. Using the facilities on site aswell, which where all clean, well looked after, just amazing and hope to visit again one day!

Even older families can find this magical When we arrived in the morning the hotel looked super impressive my daughter likened it to an Alpen ski resort from the outside with the huge windowed reception, we parked up almost as close to the hotel as you can get, it wasn’t until we went to get our bags to check in later in the day we realised it was pre booked parking we had parked in fortunately though I think the name cards were out of date or at least no one had complained

Exceptional stay in November Stayed at the hotel on the evening of the Merlin passholder day - it was very quiet and whilst I assumed staff might have let their hair down a little bit, I was wrong and they were very attentive - all the staff wanted to engage from front desk, breakfast to the pool.

I had booked swimming for 1.15 as that was the last slot on there web site so we left the Zoo which shut at 3 so we couldn’t go back in and there was people still coming into swim gone 3. No tickets was sent over to me and had to pay £5 for the room keys which didn’t come out either. Had to pay to go in the zoo the next day also paid extra for a view which turned out to be the car park was disappointed over all

I purchased this for my son and family but unable to book a date as no availabllity . When he finally was able to get a date the room with a view was not available. The only option was for 4 of them not 5 and not the theam room on offer .
