Best Time in Ireland - Joan is the BEST!! Had the most wonderful stay at the Heights Hotel in Killarney on a girls trip! It’s a must-stay when you are in Killarney visiting the park and the Gap of Dunloe!! Spent two memorable nights at this comfortable hotel, with the best time spent at the hotel pub each night. Joan went out of her way to take care of us - making us feel so welcome right from the first meeting. Not only did Joan make our stay at the hotel and nights at the pub memorable, she was like an ambassador to Ireland - such a friendly spirit that gave world-class service! Kacper and Elena also did a great job and made a great team with Joan! Spening time with the three of them were like spending time with old friends - we even celebrated Elena's birthday during our last night there! Thank you for making our trip to Ireland so memorable!! Try the traditional Irish breakfast in the morning just to say you did.... and don't forget the fish and chips for dinner - YUM! Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again - it's worth it!

Great To one of best stays we had with our child. Staff was courteous enough to provide us with baby cot at the last minute request. Cleanliness and all the amenities were really good. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great time. Will surely come back

Lovely Hotel with Great Service would Highly Recommended I had a great stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with lovely decor that made the atmosphere warm and inviting. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and it was a real highlight of my stay. One suggestion I’d like to make is that it would be nice if front-facing rooms with a view could be allocated to guests when the hotel isn’t too busy. I would have preferred a room with a view, which would have made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful hotel, and I would happily stay here again!
