November Family Trip This hotel is super for families, we visited for the first time 3 years ago and have returned on multiple visits since. Our kids love it here, we did the santa train experience, soft play area, cinema, pool and the new outdoor play area, there was never a minute of boredom. We always book a den room they are super and with young kids I love having a fridge in the room.

Wonderful Hotel We stayed at the Amber Springs Hotel as part of the santa experience package. The kids (12 and 7) absolutely loved it. Santa, Mrs Claus and all the elves could not have been nicer. Hot Chocolate, mulled wine and brownies on the way around as well.

Santa experience Staff were so lovely and very helpful, great hotel for family’s with a play zone,swimming , the cinema , pet farm and playground to name just a few of the things they offer .rooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable I would highly recommend this hotel
