Stayed at the Grandior for 2 nights last week with 8 other friends, and we all found it to be exceptionally good. The location was perfect. A few minutes walk from Florenc station where the B-metro from the airport (actually Zlicin) stops, well-connected tram and bus stops in front of the hotel, and away from the madding crowds of the central squares but yet only about 20 mins walk from them. The rooms were great. Large size, very comfortable beds, well-equipped with tea/coffee, very well-equipped and functioning bathroom. Perhaps a trifle warm but fine for March, and perhaps the shower was a trifle too powerful! The staff were excellent, flexible and communicative. They were able to add people at short notice, extend stays for a couple of my friends, increase the size of the rooms, with a minimum of fuss, keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out, etc. The breakfast was fabulous. After the mean spreads that seem to be the norm at most places these days, this was such a fantastic way to start the day. Reminded me of days past. Didn't use the facilities like the bar, spa etc. Really well-run place; it was a real stroke of luck that we got to stay here.

What an absolute gem. Fabulous staff, excellent service, and great value for money. Breakfast is well run and offers so many options. We went off season, so the hotel didn't see to massively busy. Would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Prague.

We are currently sitting in reception having checked out and I felt that I wanted to write a review straight away. This hotel is fantastic. The staff are helpful, all areas are kept meticulously clean. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable and you cannot hear any road noise at all. Sleep was very peaceful. Breakfast was fabulous!! Something for everyone and so much choice. 100% recommended. Location is not too far from all attractions but Ubers were around 100czk per trip. Excellent hotel!!
