Good Hotel, better Staff: We know Ibiza very well, but we did not know the Occidental Ibiza hotel because it is the first time we traveled to Ibiza as a family . I believe it is a nice family hotel, with a pretty good atmosphere. Perhaps a negative point to mention is the behavior of some people in the pool (in the most adult area) that was a bit annoying , but the children's area was very quiet. We really enjoyed the food, but the most remarcable thing was the nice staff !! (Reception, pool, restaurants and kids club) . They made us feel very comfortable and made up for any little setback with a great attitude.

Absolutly recommended hotel and awsome hotel staff: My couple and me enjoyed a marvelous holidays last summer in Ibiza. The room, the food and drinks, and the hotel staff above all, contributed to our best summer holidays ever. The hotel facilities where as we expect, in line with the rest of the services. Amazing hotel: We went for our first family holiday abroad here. Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Room was spacious and nicely laid out. Some of the best points being, The food was amazing and the restaurant manager was so helpful and accommodating with my son's lactose allergy. He was always so polite and happy to help and was able to provide fantastic alternative meals. Another fantastic thing was the mini club/ kids club, my children went each day and loved the activities. One of there favorite things was to make Halloween costumes and go trick or treat in the hotel. The 2 young women who were running it were fantastic with kids and a great addition to the hotel. The mini disco in the evenings were brilliant and the entertainment was super. Already looking to hopefully go back next year.
