Lovely family holiday During our time at parrotel lagoon Egypt we have all had a lovely time. I have found the pools and lifeguards very good and they have been lovely, friendly and helpful. The food is varied with a good amount to chose from for breakfast , lunch and dinner. The entertainment staff are all very friendly and inviting and have shown a good range of activies both day and night. The hotel rooms are spacious and provide what we need only thing I would say is that the bathroom need an update and a remodel. The experience at the water park was fun also although some slides were closed.

Very friendly family fun holiday. Booked to stay at the parrotel lagoon February 2025 staff here are very helpful friendly and exceptionally good with small children they go out their way to make your stay as pleasant as could be, the kids club was very good and convenient when you need a hour free time. The restaurant staff are very good the food is also very nice for a buffet. Room I had was above standard cleaned every day with fresh bedding towels and fresh water. Day and night time the entertainment team have different events on for all ages I couldn't recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be booking again.
