Stayed for one night in a superior room, very comfortable. Evening meal was excellent. Downfall was looking forward to jacuzzi it wasn't working, pool cold and no gluten free section at breakfast. When I first asked a member of staff at breakfast about gluten free she didn't know then 5 mins later showed me an iPad to decide for myself with what ingredients were in the dishes but doesn't help as don't know if food is contaminated. No problem the night before was told what I could have.

An overnight stay. A lovely place friendly staff food amazing gym pool sauna coffee station all day treatments only downside lots of steps but does have accessible rooms for wheelchair s dog friendly all in all 5 stars would be lovey for a summer visit but nice autumn colors in grounds

A great dog-friendly hotel. This was a great find. Super dog-friendly hotel, lovely grounds at the hotel and at the railway station next door. Staff were really helpful and friendly from booking through to check-out. Restaurant menu was varied and the food was delicious (hint - try the lemon sole, it was beautifully cooked and the potatoes that came with it were super)

A wonderful hotel for a family reunion! The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. They were courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and timely presented to accomodate our other party of ten. The rooms were clean, tidy and well presented. Access was restricted for rollator or wheelchair users.

Child Policy: Children are welcome but a Superior room must be booked in order to accommodate a max of 1 child. A Standard room max occupancy is 2 adults.
If sharing a room with paying adults, children stay in the room free NO charge for extra bed or cot. Children under 4 eat breakfast for free, children aged 5-12 charged at £7.50 per child.
