Unique Roses

A shade away from black, this deep crimson-purple rose is extremely beautiful! Producing large and fragrant roses from June to September, this plant is sure to brighten up your garden this summer. The buds first emerge a deep shade of chocolate maroon and will slowly brighten as the petals unfurl.

How Can You Care For These Roses?

• Add mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help the plant establish quicker
• Plant the roses anytime whenever the soil is not frozen, waterlogged or drought-dry
• Plant the roses wherever it can get plenty of sun for at least half the day and where it will be sheltered from the wind
• Roses thrive in deep, humus-rich and moist soil so add plenty of well-rotted manure when planting
• Plant so that the graft union (the swollen area when the stems meet the roots) is around 3cm below soil
• Water well every other day or daily if the weather is hot and dry
• To prune, just remove any dead, drying, damaged or diseased stems regularly, using clean and sharp secateurs
