The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 30th September 2025.
- One voucher per person.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Diesel Engine Locomotives can be requested for other days than a Friday at an additional cost of £25 paid on the day.
- Your experience includes a full-day ticket to ride the steam train for one companion.
- Customers can bring their own packed lunch or request one to be provided at booking, extra charge for a packed lunch is paid directly to Heatherslaw.
- Availability is one customer per day. Customers are advised to book as early as possible to get the required date.
- A £20 supplement is charged for weekend bookings.
- Booking is required.
- A 7-day cancellation policy applies.
- Over 18s only.
- Short notice cancellations because of weather conditions are possible.
