The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th Nov 2025.
- One voucher per family within a 12 month period.
- May buy three additional as gifts.
- The following locations will no longer be doing makeovers as from Friday 16th Feb 2024.
- Valid for 2 background changes and 2 costume changes.
- Max. number of participants will depend on chosen location.
- Valid for up to 8 people, 2 generations or 3 or more people (max, group size dependent on location).
- Must be aged 18 years or over, under 21’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- A fully refundable deposit of £30 (£35 from 1st January 2022) is taken; this is either refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of your viewing.
- Deposits will be lost if you do not show for your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged with 3 days’ notice prior to the session.
- All prints are of the same image; ready for collection 4-6 weeks from viewing session.
