The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th Nov 2025.
- One voucher per person within a 12-month period.
- May buy up to three additional as gifts.
- The following locations will no longer be doing makeovers as from Friday 16th Feb 2024.
- Valid Mon-Sun (depending on location).
- Must be aged 13-18 years of age; under 21’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- A fully refundable deposit of £30 (£35 from 1st January 2022) is taken; this is either refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of your viewing.
- Deposits will be lost if you do not show for your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged with 3 days’ notice prior to the session.
- Studio retains copyright.
- Prints can be collected 4-6 weeks after viewing session.
- 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
