- When redeeming, your voucher is valid until the 30th May 2025
- Spa Bags are charged from £10 directly at the Spa
- 1 voucher per person or per 2 people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Voucher is valid Mon-Fri OR week round.
- Spa robes, towels & footwear are available to hire, the cost is £8 -12 per person depending on location. We require a deposit when hiring our Spa bags. You may bring your own, if preferred.

- Premium locations include Wildmoor, Hastings, Bury St Edmunds, Kingsford Park and Fairfield.
- Bannatyne use a cashless payment system, please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.
- Spa bags may be available to hire at some locations. These will be subject to a charge; please check upon booking at your desired location.
- Classes subject to availability on the day.
- Access to all health club/spa facilities from 10am – ‘Unlimited’ Spa Access is on the day of Customer booking and within spa operating hours (not health club).
- Must be aged 18-years or over.
- Treatments may need to be amended according to government restrictions
- Must fill out medical questionnaire prior to arrival; treatments subject to medical conditions.
- Total treatment time 30-mins per person including five-minute collection from and to the waiting area and consultation time.
- £40 minimum spend applies for £10pp voucher; valid against spa retail products.
- £15 voucher is against a list of eligible treatments if booked on the day.
- Some images are of premium locations. Video may feature some treatments not included in this deal.
- No refunds once redeemed; 48-hr rescheduling policy applies.
- If customers purchase a premium location, this is not transferable or usable for a standard location spa.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
- Marketing credits cannot be applied to this deal.
- Appointments subject to availability.
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for four months from purchase date.
