- The Parklands Hotel has won many awards, recently being named Prestige Hotel Award winner 2019 and 2022 for Best City Hotel, Scotland.
- Built in 1840 as an elegant Georgian home for the then Lord Provost of Perth, it is now a 15 bedroom boutique hotel, boasting a restaurant, bar, private dining, lounge, function space, terrace and beer garden overlooking South Inch Park.
- All of the bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite facilities, with a selection of eco-friendly toiletries, Egyptian cotton bedding, cosy fluffy towels and a unique design style.
Overnight stay with dinner for 2
- The Deal is for two people to enjoy an overnight stay in a compact room, including full Scottish or continental breakfast.
- The offer also includes a £30 per person dining allowance to be used at No. 1 The Bank Bistro, where the chefs use locally sourced and best-in-class ingredients.
- Typical starters might include the pan-seared scallop with
chorizo jam, fennel, Black Pudding and pork belly or the duck liver parfait with toasted hazelnuts, orange gel and brown bread crumb.
- Main courses might feature the roasted loin of West Coast cod with braised oxtail, bean casserole, spinach and sauce vierge, or the toasted gnocchi with roasted garlic, spinach parmesan cream and pumpkin seeds.
