Brunch with optional drinks

• This Deal is for two people to dine on the brunch menu at 56 North in Edinburgh’s South Side.

• There are three options with the deal – option one is for a brunch dish each, the second option adds a glass of Mimosa each, and the third option swaps Mimosas for a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Brunch menu

• Full Scottish Breakfast – butcher’s sausage, grilled haggis, streaky smoked bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, hash brown, baked beans, rustic bread & Butter

• Veggie Breakfast – veggie sausages, grilled veggie haggis, fried egg, mushroom, hash brown, baked beans, rustic bread

• Eggs Benedict – two soft poached free range hens eggs on traditional breakfast muffins with hollandaise sauce (options to add grilled haggis, grilled veggie haggis, smashed avocado and smoked streaky bacon)

• Bacon Pancakes – buttermilk pancakes with streaky smoked bacon and maple syrup

• Posh Eggs on Toast – rustic toasted bread with crushed avocado, crumbled feta cheese and free range eggs (fried or poached)

• Stacked Brioche – brioche roll stacked with grilled haggis, streaky smoked bacon and fried free range hens egg
