Cane & Grain is a hip New York style bar in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. It is set over three floors, each have a slightly different feel, but all serve The Rib Shack menu. The Rick Shack menu is made up of burgers, sandwiches, ribs and snacks, with sample dishes including the pork rib meat burger with BBQ sauce, and the baby back ribs. The sauces to accompany the dishes are particularly unusual and include Dr Pepper, Tangy BBQ and Hot as F*ck. Their drinks menu has an impressive list of cocktails and beers.
