Bistro-156 is a small family run restaurant in West Didsbury. Owners Philip and Rachel, alongside chef David, cook honest, traditional, French and European country food. Dishes are uncomplicated and full of flavour and each are carefully attended to, from the soups to the fillet steaks. Philip’s love of wine is reflected in his carefully selected wine list. The atmosphere is cosy and informal, with rustic decor and changing local art displays. There are tables outside for sunny days.
