Atlas is a bar situated in the railway arches of Deansgate. It serves breakfast, soup, sandwich and main course dishes. All the dishes are made fresh in house and there is a strong focus on quality ingredients, with the meat coming from WH Frost butchers, bread from W.Thatcher, fish from Direct Fisheries and vegetables from R Noone & Son. Atlas Bar boasts a huge outdoor terrace which due to it being heated and covered can be enjoyed all year round. The bar specialises in gin and currently has 285 (and counting) variations of gin from around the world.
