Opening its doors in 1987 on the now famed “Curry Mile” in Rusholme, Shere Khan helped spearhead a new generation of Indian restaurants. Only the best cuts of Halal meat and fresh local vegetables are used to create the dishes, which range from traditional Lahori such as Karahi Punjabi, and British/Indian favourites like Chicken Tikka Masala.
