The Rose Garden in West Didsbury serves menus that change with the seasons with ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Run by Emma and head chef William, the restaurant is very much a family affair, with William’s architect father designing the interior, his brother Tom constructing it, and his younger siblings waiting the tables. The seasonal menus showcase the best local produce on offer and may include dishes like wild garlic, spinach and feta filo, wild garlic pesto, broccoli cous cous and watercress veloute, or glazed pork cheek, ham wrapped fillet, spring onion emulsion, radish, spinach and potato puree with cider reduction.
