Red’s True BBQ is a barbecue restaurant in Manchester city centre with an industrial style decor of exposed bricks and pipework. With an aim to end “the plague of bad British barbecue” it takes its barbecued meat very seriously. Their meat is smoked fresh every day and may include ribs, pulled pork, sticky chicken or brisket. Red’s True is famous for its donut burger: two patties, melted cheese, smoked peppercorn bacon, crispy onions, and dirty sauce, all between two sweet glazed donuts
