The celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo’s first restaurant is based in Manchester’s Corn Exchange looking out onto Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. The menu reflects D’Acampo’s passion for his native Italian cuisine and includes many of his favourites dishes from his books and tv shows. No compromises are made with the ingredients, which are well sourced, seasonal and artisan. A huge range of pizzas and pastas are available, as well as main courses such as slow cooked pork ribs and herby veal meatballs.
