The second Black Dog Ballroom venue, Black Dog NWS is a New York style speakeasy; a diner with a pool room; roof terrace BBQ and basement bar and club, Underdog. A private members’ ballroom and bespoke karaoke booth complete the line-up at this New Wakefield Street venue. Club nights, DJs and all the sporting action on big screens vie for customers’ attention.

All American classics

The menus at Black Dog NWS would look perfectly at home on the other side of the Atlantic. From burgers and pizza to hot dogs and salads, there are plenty of diner-style dishes to choose from. There are wings and nachos to graze on and the 14” pizza are made with fresh dough each day. If you want a taste of something a little closer to home, you could order up the deep-fried spam fries with a portion of tater tots. As well as an express lunch menu, Black Dog NWS also offer a brunch menu which is packed with several variations on eggs Benedict, waffles, French toast and, of course, the full English breakfast.

Black Dog NWS is on New Wakefield Street next to Manchester Oxford Road train station. The nearby Euro Car parks offers pay parking. Palace Theatre and the O2 Ritz Manchester are a short stroll.
