Mi & Pho in Northenden might just be Manchester’s best foodie secret. Winning Restaurant of the Year for the North at the Food Awards England just eleven weeks after opening, it quickly made its mark on the Manchester restaurant scene. Run by a Vietnamese family, the food is authentic, created in their words, just as they know it from home. Dishes include Pho, a noodle soup which is the national dish of Vietnam, Banh Mi, a Vietnamese style sandwich, as well as rice dishes like Bo Ko (beef stew).
