  Driftwood with my friends was a great night cocktails and food was great. Driftwood service and staff were great though. I will defo be back.

With its distinctive timber façade and lively atmosphere, Driftwood has long been considered the perfect first or last port of call for office get-togethers and pub crawls on Glasgow’s Sauchiehall street. Decked out in wood, with comfy leather booths and a fashionable décor, the venue is well established among student-types and young professionals who flock to sample the rustic Mexican cuisine and friendly, colourful ambience. Famed for its fajitas, the menu offers hearty, home-made sustenance for weary wayfarers, and a much needed boost for those setting out on a demanding tour of Glasgow’s many vibrant watering-holes. The friendly staff make sampling such fortifying staples as enchiladas, burritos and chimichangas instantly appealing, while the regular DJ’s, wide range of cocktails and dynamic, bustling atmosphere ensure that it’s difficult to leave.
