B+B is a boutique hotel and restaurant in Edinburgh’s West End. It is set in a former Victorian family home with elegant original features.
B+B offers a choice of either brunch in the restaurant or afternoon tea in the library, depending on the day and time.
B+B’s Edinburgh Brunch offers a menu of dishes made with the very best local and seasonal ingredients. These include firm favourites such as eggs Benedict, hot maple syrup pancakes with fresh fruit and a big house breakfast with all the traditional trimmings.
A lighter bite is the Sandwich by Agnes, made of fresh toasted bread with avocado, poached egg and tomato. And if you’d like brunch to be a more decadent affair then why not add on Prosecco as well?
Enjoy afternoon tea with added vintage vibes in the beautiful B+B library with its fireplace and floor to ceiling bookcases.
Afternoon tea is prepared freshly every day and includes finely cut sandwiches, fresh scones, homemade cakes and cupcakes, alongside a selection of teas and coffees. For added sparkle, you can include a glass of fizz.
A children’s afternoon tea is also available and includes fruit juice or hot chocolate heaped with melting marshmallows.
B+B is on Rothesay Terrace in Edinburgh’s West End, not far from the Water of Leith and historic Dean Village. Haymarket station is around a 10-minute walk away.
You will also be within easy reach of the Edinburgh Gin Distillery and Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
