If there was a prize for most international restaurant in Edinburgh then Indaba would be a front runner. This cosy little Lochrin Terrace restaurant serves tapas and other dishes which take their culinary cue from South Africa, Spain, South America and Scotland. What unites them all is that the ingredients used are fresh and locally sourced. Typical dishes might be the pork ribs baked in chilli, honey and tomato or the haggis a la Murciana – Macsweens haggis with spinach and pine nuts.
