About Los Cardos

Fresh Mex diner on Leith Walk

Mexican-inspired street food from San Francisco was the culinary cue for this takeaway with tables. That means burritos, quesadillas and tacos filled with marinated Aberdeen Angus, grilled chicken and slow-cooked pork. From the salsa to the fillings, as much as possible is made from scratch. The big talking point is the haggis burrito, also known as The Irvine on account of the fact that a certain Mr Welsh is rather keen on them.
