About Sushiya

Compact sushi and noodle restaurant

With just 22 seats, Sushiya is a cosy Japanese restaurant by Haymarket train station. As well as numerous sushi and sashimi options, the kitchen produces bowls of noodle soup – ideal for a cold Edinburgh night. There are also several tempura options, dumplings, seaweed salads and excellent veggie options such as the grilled aubergine with miso.
