Logans is part of The Carlton Hotel on Ayr Road in Prestwick. The restaurant is cleverly divided into several spaces and offers intimate booth seating, window tables and smart, contemporary open fires – all illuminated by designer lighting. Logans is as popular with local residents as it is with hotel guests and diners are welcome to drop by for coffee and cake, breakfast, lunch or settle in for a three course dinner.
Along with steak nights and a Sunday carvery, Logans runs several different daytime menus alongside the main a la carte. Offering everything from haggis pakora and Thai veggie curries to sizzling chicken fajitas and oriental beef salads, the chefs are happy to cook up dishes from around the world. More traditional choices include the steak pie, haddock ‘n’ chips plus the Galloway coast lobster thermidor from the Taste of Scotland section of the menu.
Add in burgers, a grill section, several veggie choices, light bites, numerous salads, sandwiches and toasted panini and you can see how well Logans caters for pretty much every occasion.
Part of The Carlton Hotel, Logans is on Prestwick’s Ayr Road. The hotel has ample car parking. Newton-On-Ayr and Prestwick are the nearest train stations. Local attractions include several golf courses; one of which is Royal Troon. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is a short drive.
