Chic dining

The Grill Room restaurant is overseen by an award-winning Executive Chef and is reminiscent of the famous London Grills. Decorated in a chic colour scheme of black, white and silver, you can dine at both table and banquette seating. The restaurant also has the distinction of being one of the few venues in the UK with a Josper Grill, a piece of kit praised by chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Jason Atherton.

Menus can change regularly but sample mains include the slow-cooked feather blade of beef with truffle mashed potato, baby veg and mushroom sauce, the poached smoked haddock with spring onion crushed potatoes, hen’s egg and hollandaise sauce, and the garden pea and asparagus risotto with tomato and chive butter sauce. You can also tuck into a selection of grill steaks such as rib-eye, sirloin and fillet served with hand-cut chips and a choice of sauces. After dinner, the hotel’s cocktail bar offers the ideal spot to unwind.
