Situated next to the Nairn Championship course, the Golf View Hotel & Spa offers spectacular vistas over the Moray Firth to the Black Isle. Awarded four stars by the AA, the hotel has gardens leading down to the seashore and many of the 42 ensuite bedrooms are sea-facing.

The Royal Dornoch golf course is also nearby as well as over a dozen other courses an hour or so away. However, golf is not the only attraction as foodies will certainly appreciate the hotel’s AA Rosette dining.

The seasonal menu changes regularly but the focus is on serving classic Scottish dishes with a creative twist, all offering a thrilling flavour of the local area. So you can enjoy the best of North Coast seafood such as fresh langoustines, lobster and scallops or the range of speciality Scottish steaks cooked on a Josper Grill to achieve a unique charcoaled flavour. The six course tasting menu is a particular highlight. Vegetarians can enjoy dishes such as the sage and truffle gnocchi.

The pride in Scottish food and drink is continued in the bar area, where Cairngorm Ales are served as well as a fine selection of Scottish whisky.

Leisure club with spa

The hotel’s leisure club offers panoramic views over the Moray Firth, a 14-metre swimming pool with snack area; gym with Nautilus and Star Trac equipment; Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, outdoor hot tub, full size tennis court and club lounge.
