Lochside fine dining

Torlinnhe’s intimate dining room overlooks the shimmering water and the spectacular Ardgour Peninsula beyond. With a motto of ‘inspired by nature, driven by simplicity’, the kitchen team aim to make the most of Scotland’s natural larder by delivering exceptional dining with great flavour.

Fresh catches from local fishermen and suppliers sourced from within 20 miles are the focus of the menu, while all produce is cooked with passion and flair.

Sample mains include the Loch Linnhe Catch of the Day served with samphire, borlotti beans, edamame beans, artichoke and lemon butter sauce, or the 500g of Loch Linnhe langoustines with Ben Nevis whisky butter, croft salad, lemon and herb.

You can also tuck into a Highland Wagyu beef burger with beef dripping chips and the chef’s own truffle ketchup, or wild Scottish chanterelles pasta with herbs plucked from the kitchen garden.

Each of the eight stylish ensuite rooms are individually finished and designed with comfort in mind.

You will get a good night’s rest with the high thread count luxury cotton bed linen, duck down duvet, and cheerful Harris tweed throw and cushions.

You can also make the most of the smart TV with Netflix, free WiFi, hairdryer, hair straighteners and organic Highland Soap Co. toiletries.
