Inverlochy Castle

Located near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands, Inverlochy Castle Hotel is a beautiful 19th century castle where guests can enjoy luxurious relaxation within stunning surroundings.

Situated in the foothills of Ben Nevis, the 5 star property is surrounded by some of the country’s finest scenery. Even Queen Victoria enjoyed a week-long stay Inverlochy to sketch and paint. She mentioned in her diary ‘I never saw a lovelier or more romantic spot’.

Accommodation

Inverlochy offers both luxurious rooms and suites, each unique in character and beautifully decorated with breathtaking views of the castle’s grounds and loch.

Each room includes: flat screen televisions chicly disguised as mirrors, free Wi-Fi access, luxurious robes and slippers, complimentary bottled water, a safe and a radio.
Guests can also enjoy 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen as standard, alongside Inverlochy’s bespoke range of Penhaligon’s Quercus toiletries.

They also offer a more private stay option at their Gate Lodge, on the castle’s grounds surrounded by luscious greenery and close to the loch.

The lodge is comprised of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a living room and a kitchen area.

Dining

In addition to the luxury accommodation that is available at the hotel, you can also take full advantage of the delicious culinary delights on offer at Inverlochy Castle’s Seasgair restaurant. Sample the delights of our fine dining in the grand surroundings of our Victorian castle that was built to impress.

Overseen by two Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr, Inverlochy Castle’s Seasgair restaurant is a must-visit. Enjoy an unforgettable fine dining experience amidst the grandeur of the castle – a drinks and canapé reception followed by a five-dish seasonal menu which could include local delicacies such as wild boar, Highland venison or Scottish oysters. Dining at Seasgair is a magical experience.

Should guests prefer something lighter, a lounge menu is available from 12pm.

See and do

On-site, guests can enjoy a billiard room, selection of children’s games, woodland walks and even use of a small rowing boat on the grounds’ loch.
